FANtium does not mint, sell or promote any NFTs issued on the FANtium application by third parties and is not involved in any sale, purchase or trade of NFTs. FANtium does not develop, provide or operate any NFT marketplace or trading infrastructure. Furthermore, FANtium does not offer, advertise, carry out or engage in any financial services and does not accept, receive, manage or forward any funds of any users of the FANtium application or of any third parties. Any issuance and sale of NFTs conducted via the application is the responsibility of the issuer.
