Lorenzo Claverie, a 21-year-old tennis player, was born in Venezuela and now represents Italy. Standing at 1.97 cm, he is known for his powerful serve and forehand. Inspired by his father, a former professional player and coach, Lorenzo switched from soccer to tennis at the age of ten.
In his junior career, he was a singles quarterfinalist at the 16 and under Orange Bowl and won several titles globally, achieving a career-high Junior ITF ranking of #52. As a professional, he has won the singles title at the San Diego M15 and six doubles titles on the pro circuit.
